I am currently accepting review requests!
I accept books in the form of a physical copy or digital copies. I don’t tend to listen to audiobooks. As for genres, I tend to read almost anything. If you’d like to get to know more about the books I tend to gravitate towards, please see my profile on BookSirens and Goodreads.
If I receive an ARC, I will always try to post it just before, around, or on the release date. There’s no guarantee that will always happen though. But I do try my very best!
If I receive a book from a publisher, it will always be in exchange for an honest review. It will be mentioned at the top of the blog post.
All books I review on this blog are rated out of 5 bubble teas — I gotta stay on brand, you know? Here are some examples of what a book with a given rating would look like:
This is a book I greatly disliked and was a struggle for me to finish. I definitely wouldn’t read this book again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
This book was fine and I had to push myself to finish it. I liked some parts of it, but I disliked the majority of it. I wouldn’t read this book again. I might recommend it to a select group of people who I know would get something out of it.
I liked this book and enjoyed the majority of it, but not all of it. It might not have been right fit for me because of the characters or the writing style. But I will recommend it to people I know who would enjoy it. I may or may not read this book again.
I loved this book. There’s a high chance that I will read this book again. I will recommend it highly to almost anyone and especially to those I know will enjoy it.
This book has all the qualities of a 4 bubble teas book and more. It has a great story with characters and scenes that will stay with me for years to come. I will definitely read this book again. I will recommend this to a wide range of people.
I also give out half bubble tea ratings as well. The .5 means that the book remains in limbo — it’s not quite up to the standards of the next level, but slightly better than the category below it.
