September 2020 TBR

Is anyone still programmed to think September is a fresh start? It’s from all those years of school, I guess!

I’m going to head to my nearest Starbucks to pick up a PSL (yes, I’m that basic b*tch) so I can have something to sip on while I go through my TBR. Something that’s definitely on my TBR this month is Transcendent Kingdom by Yaa Gyasi. I pre-ordered it a month ago so I’m eagerly awaiting its arrival. Homegoing is one of my favourite books so I have pretty high hopes for this one!

What do you plan on reading this September? Here’s what I’m hoping to read this month:

Invisible Women: Data Bias in a World Designed for Men by Caroline Criado Perez

Descendant of the Crane by Joan He

Minor Feelings: An Asian American Reckoning by Cathy Park Hong

Transcendent Kingdom by Yaa Gyasi
